All new students to Frontier Jr/Sr High School, need to call (219) 984-5437 x. 1225 to make an appointment with the guidance counselor in order to register! Please bring the following documents to your appointment in order to register:

• Proof of residence (i.e. lease agreement, mortgage statement, current utility bill, or paystub)
• Immunization Records
• Student Birth Certificate
• Legal Guardianship/Custody Documentation (if applicable)

Indiana’s 21st Century Scholars program is an early-college promise program designed to make college more affordable for students. You may only apply for this opportunity during 7th or 8th grade. Once accepted you must complete the 12 items of the student success program during high school. The state of Indiana requires every student to complete the graduation pathways checklist in order to graduate. There are three required buckets in which a student must successfully complete at least one item in each bucket.

Our local community continues to be generous and supportive in awarding our seniors with local scholarships. There will be a meeting with seniors during December to give out all information and directions with requirements for each scholarship. After the meeting is held, all local scholarships can be found on Naviance.

There are other opportunities for scholarships that students are encouraged to seek. Emails are sent out to students as scholarships become available.
